Refund policy

5. Cancellation of Transaction and Return of Products
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010:

A transaction may be cancelled from the day it is made until 14 days from the day the product is received, by written notice to support@dustfit.net

The product shall be returned as new, unused, without defect, in its original packaging and with the original tags attached.

For a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100 — whichever is lower. Shipping costs for returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, less a lawful cancellation fee.

The following cannot be returned: underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons); products custom-made per the customer's order; and products that have been used — all in accordance with the regulations.

A customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months, subject to the conditions of the law.

6. Defective Product or Non-Conformity
Received a defective product or one materially different from the product ordered? Contact us within 14 days of receiving it. In such a case no cancellation fee will be charged, and the Company will bear the cost of return shipping. At the customer's choice: replacement with a functional product or a full refund.

7. Exchanges
An exchange of size or color will be possible within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to available stock and return of the product in new condition with tags. Cost of shipping for an exchange: NIS 39.

8. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Product images on the Website are for illustration only; slight variations in shade between the display and the actual product may occur. The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damage caused by use of the Website or the products, and its liability shall in any event not exceed the amount actually paid for the product — all subject to mandatory (cogent) provisions of law that cannot be contracted out of.
