1. General
The website dustfit.net (hereinafter: "the Website") is operated by Dust Fit, P.O./C.C. 317495083, from the address (hereinafter: "the Company"). Browsing the Website and making a purchase on it constitute agreement to the terms of these regulations. If you do not agree to the terms — please refrain from using the Website. The regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply to all genders.
2. Placing an Order
Purchasing on the Website is permitted for individuals aged 18 and over who possess a valid payment method. Completion of an order is conditional on approval by the credit card company and the availability of the product in stock. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in case of a clerical error in the price or product description, suspicion of fraud, or out of stock — in which case the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices on the Website are quoted in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping fees, which are displayed separately at the time of payment. The Company reserves the right to update prices at any time; the binding price is the price at the time of order completion.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made via [shipping company] to the address provided by the customer, within [X] business days. Delivery times are estimates only; delays originating from the shipping company, force majeure, or security situation are not the responsibility of the Company, and it will work with the shipping company to resolve them. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address and contact information.
5. Transaction Cancellation and Product Returns
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010:
A transaction can be canceled from the day it was made up to 14 days from the day the product was received, by written notice to support@dustfit.net
The product must be returned new, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with the original tags attached.
In case of cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS — whichever is lower. Shipping fees for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, less any legal cancellation fees.
The following cannot be returned: underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), products custom-made to the customer's order, and products that have been used — all in accordance with the regulations.
A customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months, subject to the conditions of the law.
6. Defective Product or Non-Conformity
Did you receive a defective product or one that is materially different from the product ordered? Contact us within 14 days of receipt. In such a case, no cancellation fees will be charged, and the Company will bear the cost of return shipping. At the customer's choice: exchange for a working product or a full refund.
7. Exchanges
Size or color exchanges will be permitted within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to available stock and the return of the product in new condition with tags. Shipping cost for exchange: 39 NIS.
8. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only; slight color variations may exist between the display and the actual product. The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by the use of the Website or products, and its liability in any case will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product — all subject to mandatory legal provisions that cannot be waived.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the Website — including the name DUST, the logo, designs, images, and content — belong to the Company. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
The Company keeps customer details in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and uses them solely for processing orders and improving service. Credit card details are not stored by the Company and are processed through a secure clearing provider. Marketing mailings will only be sent with the customer's consent, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. [It is recommended to publish a full privacy policy on a separate page.]
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These regulations shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
