4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made by us to the address provided by the customer, within 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates only; delays originating from the shipping company, force majeure, or a security situation are not the Company's responsibility, and the Company will act vis-à-vis the shipping company to resolve them. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact details.
